Our Journey: From Engineering to Entrepreneurship

Our group began as a modest partnership with a few individuals and has over a decade of experience in the Middle East's engineering industry. Having spent more than 12 years working in the O&G, power, infrastructure, and defense sectors, we believed that the trading of electrical, wireless, and automation equipment had a promising future. In order to support new business owners and advance business opportunities, this insight motivated us to quit our employment and launch our own company in India in 2017.

Starting Off: Challenges and Adaptations

In 2017, we started providing our trading & services in the manufacturing and construction industries. In the beginning, we were known as S.A. ELECTRICALS, an offline trading company and we tried everything we could to adapt to the changing market, but we ran across a number of obstacles. Our growth was hampered by the fact that many of our clients remained indirect players. Most indirect purchasers and non-investment capitalists asked for unexpected discounts instead of recognizing the quality of our products, which disappointed us due to particular gentlemen's behavior and non-investment capitalists.

Understanding Customer Needs and Market Dynamics

Over time, we realized that our main problem was a lack of direct interaction with our clients. Even while we gained local support, notably from college students, real consumers, and skilled workers, our revenue remained minimal. We did not receive the help we expected from direct consumers due to involvement of indirect buyers and non-investment capitalists, which making it difficult to successfully communicate with our target market. We decided to expand our business from one state to another, starting with Pondy-Tamilnadu, in order to broaden our reach. We recognized eCommerce's promise in 2021, particularly during the global pandemic, when online purchases soared. This modification, which proved to be significant, enabled us to communicate with clients across India.

The Rise of our shopping platform

We launched our eCommerce platform, Smart Home Automation 360 (C/O, S.A. ENTERPRISES), between 2021 and 2022, and clients responded well. We quickly learned that our consumers travelled to other Indian states beyond the region around us. As part of our commitment to supplying authentic products, we actively oppose market fraud. Our pricing strategy centered on offering considerable discounts without jeopardizing product quality. For instance, if a product was originally priced at ₹100, we wouldn't provide a discount of ₹250 to boost revenue. Instead, we focus on giving realistic and consistent discounts. Our primary goal is to win our clients' trust, and we recognize that doing so necessitates reasonable rates, sensible discounts, and outstanding products.

We have plans that go beyond trade. We see Smart Home Automation 360 as a way to help regional producers. To boost community development, we prioritize local suppliers when sourcing. We are committed to assisting small producers because we believe it will have a long-term beneficial influence on our market. Our goal is to bridge the gap between the availability of local brands and the demand for fast-moving items while simultaneously creating job opportunities. We are determined to engage every consumer directly, even if it means overcoming obstacles posed by middlemen seeking commissions.
